Local delivery planning
First Street or Temple Street? Confirm the destination.
A reference to federal court in Los Angeles is not enough to plan daily material movements. Identify the courtroom building, then choose the production address and an installation window that gives the team time to test its equipment.
Confirm the venue
The Central District lists the Felicitas and Gonzalo Mendez U.S. Courthouse at 350 West First Street and the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse at 255 East Temple Street. Riverside and Santa Ana are separate listed locations. Confirm the assigned building rather than using an old district-wide delivery address.
Official court location and access informationPlan receiving access
For a downtown hotel or tower, obtain the receiving entrance, truck-clearance limits and freight-elevator reservation from property management. Confirm vendor insurance requirements, escort arrangements and when the production room becomes available. A guest valet area is not an approved equipment unloading point.
Set the production plan
Keep a separate destination label for each courtroom, deposition room or review team receiving output. Agree on approval and print-cutoff times before building the transport schedule. If production moves between properties, arrange disconnection, transport and network retesting with Hogan rather than treating the copier as ordinary luggage.
Court addresses are planning references, not equipment delivery authorization or Hogan office locations. Confirm receiving permissions with the building contact before dispatch.

Copier rental questions
What happens if our Los Angeles project changes hotels or offices?
Send the new address, room, dates and receiving contact before moving equipment. Hogan will confirm transportation, availability, installation and any revised charges. Plan a final print run at the first site and a tested connection at the second so the relocation does not land in the middle of an exhibit deadline.
Is a print operator included?
No. Rental covers equipment and the agreed setup and support. Hogan personnel operating the copier, producing binders or assembling exhibits are a separate staffed print service.
How quickly can you deliver?
Share your dates, full address, floor, access requirements and expected print volumes. Hogan confirms equipment and transportation availability before committing to an installation window.
What should we test before the team starts?
Print a representative file from an authorized laptop. Check color, duplex, paper sizes, staple and punch settings, secure print release when requested, and the backup workflow.
Can we extend the rental?
Contact Hogan before the scheduled pickup to confirm continued availability, revised removal access and the billing arrangement. Do not assume an extension until it is confirmed.
