What's included

Ready for the first print.

The same equipment standards used for demanding trial work, available for short-term offices and project teams.

01

Professional installation

Placement, setup and a test print at your approved receiving location. Freight is quoted by destination.

02

Network setup

Coordinate with your authorized IT contact and test printing from the team's actual devices.

03

Toner and supply planning

Toner is included. Paper quantities, finishing supplies and any additional charges are confirmed in the quote.

04

Backup equipment

A backup copier is included at no additional rental charge, with its placement agreed before delivery.

05

Production configuration

Specify letter, legal, 11-by-17, stapling and hole-punching requirements before dispatch.

06

Direct accountability

One Hogan contact for equipment and the agreed maintenance and support plan. Confirm response arrangements for your location.

Copier rental does not include an operator. Staffed print production, binding and document assembly are quoted separately.

Local delivery planning

Resolve San Francisco access before the truck arrives.

The front-door address, loading entrance and actual installation room may differ. Document all three so the rental can be delivered and tested within the building's approved window.

Confirm the venue

The Phillip Burton Federal Building is at 450 Golden Gate Avenue. Court delivery guidance identifies the secure loading dock on Larkin Street, arrangements at least 24 hours ahead and a Building Authorization Form. Confirm permission and applicability before any court delivery.

Official court location and access information

Plan receiving access

For your hotel or office—not the courthouse—confirm the freight-elevator booking, loading clearance and whether vendor insurance documentation is required. Give Hogan a receiving contact who can resolve access issues during installation.

Set the production plan

Measure the print area for operating and service clearance, including the backup machine. Test legal and 11-by-17 output, and plan a separate staging surface for confidential sets rather than using a shared corridor or lobby.

Court addresses are planning references, not equipment delivery authorization or Hogan office locations. Confirm receiving permissions with the building contact before dispatch.

Before you book

Copier rental questions

Can our copier and trial materials use the same receiving plan?

Not automatically. A copier needs approved unloading and installation access; daily materials may have a different handoff point and security procedure. Confirm both routes with the receiving building and legal team.

Is a print operator included?

No. Rental covers equipment and the agreed setup and support. Hogan personnel operating the copier, producing binders or assembling exhibits are a separate staffed print service.

How quickly can you deliver?

Share your dates, full address, floor, access requirements and expected print volumes. Hogan confirms equipment and transportation availability before committing to an installation window.

What should we test before the team starts?

Print a representative file from an authorized laptop. Check color, duplex, paper sizes, staple and punch settings, secure print release when requested, and the backup workflow.

Can we extend the rental?

Contact Hogan before the scheduled pickup to confirm continued availability, revised removal access and the billing arrangement. Do not assume an extension until it is confirmed.
