Rent a high-volume copier in Chicago for a month, a major project, or as long as you need. Hogan delivers, installs, networks, stocks, and supports every unit — with the speed, security, and reliability leading law firms demand.

What's Included
No add-on line items for the things a demanding project actually needs. Six things are standard on every Hogan Corp copier rental.
Positioned, powered, and tested before your team arrives. Freight quoted by destination.
Connected to your office, project, or war-room network, secured and print-ready.
Fully stocked and resupplied throughout the rental.
A second machine on-site from day one.
Legal, 11x17, and finishing options are set before delivery.
Repaired or replaced next day, seven days a week. The backup keeps you running meanwhile.
Not included: freight to and from the trial site, quoted by destination. Staffed print service — Hogan personnel running production on-site — is a separate engagement.
Chicago businesses, project teams, and temporary offices need high-volume document production that works from day one. Hogan brings the same speed, security, redundancy, and direct accountability demanded by law firms handling high-stakes matters in the Dirksen and Kluczynski Federal Buildings, the Seventh Circuit, and Cook County Circuit Court.
Rentals cover temporary offices, major projects, document review, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Every unit includes toner, maintenance, and a backup machine on-site, with paper available based on the selected rental plan.
No brokered equipment and no surprise fees — Hogan-owned copiers are delivered, installed, maintained, and supported directly by Hogan Corp personnel.

Chicago delivery planning
Chicago's Loop presents limited loading access, heavy traffic, and winter-weather constraints. Equipment is staged in the selected war room before deadlines begin, with resupply planned around court hours.

Hogan Corp also offers staffed print service, where our personnel run production for your team on-site. That is a separate engagement; tell us which you need when you request availability.
Every rental includes a backup copier on-site, so production continues immediately. Hogan Corp repairs or replaces the primary unit the next day — including weekends, not next business day.
