Yes, when the property releases the workspace and permits installation. We confirm the receiving window and room access, deliver and test the equipment, and agree on the handover time separately from individual guest-room check-in.
Can we rent equipment without booking a staffed engagement?
Yes. Request equipment rental, selected support services, or full-service trial support. Copier rental includes delivery, setup, supplies, maintenance, and backup under your quoted terms. Personnel who operate the print room are quoted separately.
