Is Boston support the same as support for a Worcester or Springfield proceeding?
Those are separate court locations. Give us the actual hearing city and each working address so we can confirm the appropriate delivery, installation, and staffing plan. A Boston quote should not be assumed to cover another city's daily routes.
Can we rent equipment without booking a staffed engagement?
Yes. Request equipment rental, selected support services, or full-service trial support. Copier rental includes delivery, setup, supplies, maintenance, and backup under your quoted terms. Personnel who operate the print room are quoted separately.
Is support available 24/7 during trial?
Yes, when round-the-clock coverage is included in your proposal.
