Send the exact courthouse, the working hotel or office, the recipient, expected volume, and required handoff times. We review access and timing before pricing the route; the courthouse name alone does not define equipment receiving or courtroom access.
Can we rent equipment without booking a staffed engagement?
Yes. Request equipment rental, selected support services, or full-service trial support. Copier rental includes delivery, setup, supplies, maintenance, and backup under your quoted terms. Personnel who operate the print room are quoted separately.
